Zone One ( the North West corner of our community) has the opportunity to change -or stay the same. What happens in Zone One has very little effect on the rest of Mount Royal with one exception. The traffic that takes  Colburne-Royal  as a bypass of 17th Ave can be stopped via the "banana" shaped island at the 8th Street and Royal Intersection - or it can be stopped along Colburne.  The committee is leaning heavily toward changing the BANANA island at Royal into a narrowing.
